This policy describes how data is processed in relation to the mobile app “Tab Adventure” (hereinafter, the “App”), developed by Narciso Giancarlo.

2. Overview
The App is an educational multiplication tables game. It does not require account creation and does not collect personal data on servers managed by the developer.
Data required for the App’s functionality (game progress, preferences) is stored only on the user’s device.
3. Data Processed and Purposes
3.1 Data stored on the device
The App uses the device’s local storage (via system app settings, equivalent to UserDefaults on iOS) to store:

3.2 Data the App does not collect
The App, in the versions covered by this policy, does not intentionally collect:
- name, surname, or email address of the user;
- geographic location;
- advertising identifiers for profiling;
- message content or contacts;
- photos, microphone, or camera data (except for system permissions not required for the described gameplay).
4. External Links (App Store)
After completing the first adventure, the App may ask whether you want to leave a review. If you agree, you will be redirected to the App’s page on the Apple App Store, managed by Apple Inc.
In that case, Apple’s privacy policy applies. The developer does not receive any data you submit in the review process.
5. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate, in the versions covered by this policy:
- third-party advertising;
- analytics tools (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics);
- social login or advertising tracking SDKs.
If third-party services are added in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, necessary consents will be requested.
6. Legal Basis (EEA users)
Where applicable (e.g. GDPR), the processing of data stored on the device for App functionality is based on the performance of the service requested by the user (use of the App), and for preferences, on the legitimate interest in providing a consistent user experience between sessions.
7. Retention
Data on the device remains stored until:
- the App is installed, or
- the user uninstalls the App (in which case local data is generally removed by the system), or
- the user resets the App data via iOS settings, if available.
The developer does not store copies of this data on its own servers.
8. Minors
The App is also intended for a young audience learning multiplication tables. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors on servers. Parents or guardians may contact us at the email address provided for questions or requests.
9. Security
Data remains on the device and is protected by Apple’s iOS operating system security measures. No system is 100% secure; users are advised to keep their device updated and protected with a passcode.
10. Data Subject Rights
If applicable regulations grant you rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, complaint to a supervisory authority), you may exercise them by contacting [email@example.com].
For data stored only on the device, the most effective way to delete it is usually to uninstall the App or clear its data from iOS settings.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. The date at the top indicates the last update. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
